    Hi there,

    I have issue with my site with stripe payments. Can you please look into this urgently?

    I have WooCommerce Stripe Gateway V7.3.0 and WooCommerce V7.6.1 and WooCommerce subscriptions V4.9.1.

    Noticed that from last few days stripe renewals are not happening. So checked in WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions. The subscription payment is in pending status and it is not firing on the scheduled date. E,g – For Apr month renewals have not been fired.

    woocommerce_scheduled_subscription_payment is in Pending status

    Can you please help to fix this error?

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Stripe plugin in conjunction with the WooCommerce Subscriptions for the failed renewals.

    Kindly be informed that this was already reported as as a bug here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2602

    I suggest you subscribe to the thread to stay updated on any progress. Our developers are actively working on finding a solution, and we hope to include it in the next release.

    When this issue will be fixed and is there a quick solution to this? I searched for woocommerce_scheduled_subscription_payment hook in Scheduled Actions tab and there are more than 100 records. Do I have to run it one by one or is there any automated way so all these renewals will get executed?

    I was checking the github report, and I can see you have installed Stripe 7.4.0 to see if this fixes the issue, I really don’t have an ETA to inform exactly when this will be resolved, what I do know is that the developers are aware and are working (with high priority) to find a solution as soon as they can.

    I checked the thread and as per this comment, 7.2.0 temporarily fixed the issue here. You can try reverting back to an older version and see if this works.

    I am having the same issue, Subscription renewals have not been sent to stripe. Have tried updating to 7.4, downgrading to 7.2, rolled the API keys. When I try test the keys / connection its ok, but when I manually renew a subscription nothing happens, and no record in the Strip Dashboard Developers Log showing any attempt at payment.

    Hello @lunarwebs,

    I understand you have the same problem but we need to handle each request individually in forums.

    Please open your own thread and make sure to include the following:

    • A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use Snipboard.
    • A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
