Urgent: Last Update Broke Site

    Hello,
    Just tried to install last updates and site seems broken.
    Any help, MUCH appreciated.

    Hi,

    I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

    If yes, please show me that error screenshot.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Actually, we had to get our host to restore a backup from about 1 day ago. So the site now looks as it should again.

    BUT …

    1. We are not able to update your plugin:
    WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Ultimate 6.3.3
    We have 6.3.1
    When we try to update we get the following error message:
    “Update Failed: Download failed. Forbidden”

    2. Regarding the log the only message we see are the following 3 lines:
    2019-10-06T22:11:26+00:00 WARNING The value “”>” is not a valid IP address.
    2019-10-06T22:11:32+00:00 WARNING The value “”>” is not a valid IP address.
    2019-10-06T22:15:19+00:00 WARNING The value “”>” is not a valid IP address.

    We have 6.3.1

    – When you have last tried to update this? Can you please try now once.

    Those are very old log, ignore those.

    We’re seeing a different error message now:

    “Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 18: transfer closed with 1037153 bytes remaining to read”

    Well, this issue is coming from WP Engine.

    We are communicating with them – https://help.wpengine.com/hc/en-us/requests/3616959

    Hopefully they will resolve this soon.

    I will know as soon as this will be fixed.
