Urgent! Mega Menu not working

    I thought what a great plugin! Beautifully made with a lot of love put into it, but it won’t work in our WP theme. Our site is on local server but this is the theme we’re using https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/ Please note that this theme does come with some the menus you see in their demo, for some strange reason. The real menu in the theme is like the one you see for menu called ‘PAGES’ there. So please base your response on that.

    Once installed (we did not generate CSS for fear of spoiling something in our theme and we’re unsure whether ‘Generate CSS’ is necessary?), it won’t show the mega menu on the frontend, it won’t even show any dropdown menus at all. But when you refresh the frontend page – as it is refreshing the menus appear very briefly and then disappear by the time the page has finished loading.

    Can you help? I know you need a link to a site but we don’t have hosting set up yet until we finish work on the local server. But the theme in use is this https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/

    Thanks for your response. Unfortunately we can get it online with the issue visible to our website visitors. I wish there was some other way we could get you to have a look, perhaps a messenger service or the live for instant communication and to temporarily get the site online for a few mins just for you to view?
