URGENT: Member menu only works for logged in users

For all artists, when you hover over a tab on the member menu, the target URL prefix is doubled. For example, if you hover over “Artwork”. You see
It should just be:
https://marinopenstudios.org/members/cruzanthemum/artwork/
However, if you are logged in, this does not happen.
This just started happening last week. Was there some kind of update or something? Any idea why the URL prefix would be doubled ONLY for non logged-in users?
This is urgent, as hundreds of artists are registering and uploading their artwork.
