Urgent: My site is down

  • I had DB CACHE RELOAD & WP Super Cache plug in installed on my wordpress.

    I deactivated both of them one by one, and it has crashed both my web site and the wordpress login.

    The following is the error message it gives me:
    I connected via FTP and removed the folders of both the plug ins but it didnt fix the problem. PLEASE HELP me
