URGENT Need files for a restore – unable to download

I keep getting an error message along the lines of, “an unexpected error has occurred, please try again in a few minutes. If the issue persists, please call customer support.” (I tried calling, and they said I must use the forum.)
I need these files ASAP. Login name is bethanylife. Please let me know what I must do to get them. Thanks in advance!!
PS – Is there any way I can upgrade now, and pay for phone support?
