    Hello,
    I have permalink manager pro plugin, and have critical error now.
    I don’t know when exactly it happened, but definitely from today and I think the happening from updating new pro version.
    All URLs seems to be broken. I got 404 page not found error for all pages except main page.
    I had an another issue and sent you ([email protected]) e-mail 2 days ago, but I have not received any reply from you yet.

    I have found the issue and it seems that your plugin is no longer support UTF-8 (non-english character format with the custom URI since we used non-english sub directory URL.
    For example with current URI,
    https://example.com/test (it works)
    https://example.com/テスト (it doesn’t work with japanese)
    https://example.com/%E3%83%86%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88 (even it doesn’t work with encoded URL)

    Please check it.

    Hi @daron4ever,

    please check your mail inbox, I wrote the instructions how to install the most recent version of the plugin with hotfixes for both issue.

    PS. Sorry for the delayed response, as I mentioned in the email – I changed my email server to Google Suite and some of the emails were still sent to the old inbox.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. As apparently you’ve done.

    As @mbis is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
