Hi,

I urgent need to set a role for order manager.
So I want to hide all menu (including third party plugins menu)
This role will need to access woocommerce -> orders
Add edit delete order

Is this possible with the free version If yes please tell me how.
Is this possible only with the paid version If yes please tell me how.

I don’t want to edit the actual role just create a new one
Does this extension can break the WP insatllation when uninstalling?

No, the plugin does not break your installation when uninstalling. Every time you change your permissions, the PublishPress Capabilities plugin will automatically create a backup. If you make a mistake, go to the “Backup” menu link and click the “Restore” tab: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/backup-restore-permissions/

Hi @lenamtl. Yes, that’s possible with the “Admin Menus” restrictions linked to above.

What does it required for the order manager :

-To add a coupon code to an existing order?

-To add a product that is a variable to an existing order?

-To add a new order?

And about menu does it only hide the menu or prevent access to the url?

These items in your new list can be done via the “Capabilities” screen. There will be a row of checkboxes or “Orders”.

Yes, the menu restrictions do block access to the URL.

Which permission or capability is required is the user is not admin?
-To add a coupon code to an existing order (manually)
-To add a new order
