Urgent Need to Resend Ticket Email(s)

  • Before updating the Eventin plugin there used to be a button on the attendees page to send someone their eticket/qr code email but it’s not there anymore and we have to send our event tickets out ‘now’ we’ve already received emails from people for our event tomorrow saying they can’t find their original purchase email and we’re scanning codes tomorrow at the event. – Please help – what happened to that button how do I resend all the tickets out?

    Hi,

    Greetings! We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen. Because we have not received any such issue from any client. Looks like it’s conflicting with other plugins or something.

    We will suggest you deactivate all plugins and themes one by one from your site and check if your system is working correctly or not. After trying all these things, if your problem is not solved then, please rollback to our previous version where your system was right. And there is the only way to resend ticket to your attendees. It would be great if you check our PINNED post and reach us so we can test it from our end on your site. Hope you understand.
