No quotes are sent on “orders” with only variable products

    Hi,

    I have a problem with your plugin on a website of mine. I can’t seem to request quote when there is only variable products in my shopping cart. If there is a single product there is no problem and all of my chosen products is sent with the quote. What could be the problem?

    I apologize for the delay in response.

    I have been able to replicate the issue on the site you mentioned above. It seems to be some kind of a payment method issue. However, I haven’t had a chance to replicate the issue at my end. I’ll try to replicate it at my end and get back to you on this tomorrow.

    Hi Daniel,

    I’ve tried replicating the issue at my end, but things worked smoothly. I was able to place an order for multiple variable products in the cart without any issues or errors.

    While I was testing on your site yesterday, I noticed that no payment method is displayed at Checkout. Can you please let me know why is that the case?

    Can you please check if the Ask for Quote Payment method is enabled in WooCommerce->Settings->Payments?

    If not, can you please enable it and check if it helps fix the issue?

    If not, I request you to kindly send me the WordPress admin access and FTP access details to the site on the email account pinalj1612 at gmail dot com, so I can debug and help fix the issue.
