URGENT: not working on mobile!

    ?hello,

    smart compare not working on mobile webiste: philharmonicmoto.com 

    i can add products, they show a count on the “compare page” link, but no products show on the “compare page” or “compare popup”.

    also, when i try to add products from the button on the compare popup, it says “permissions check failed” and no product appears.

    tried changing a bunch of settings and no improvement.

    tested on safari and firefox on iphone.

    edit: rolled back to the version i bought (5.2.0) and it’s kind of working. but it’s a security risk and i can’t change all the settings i want, which is happening on the current version also: it doesn’t save some settings when i change them.

    Hi @philharmonicmoto ,

    I consulted with our developers about the Permission check failed error. This might be triggered by the failure to access the database or to establish a connection to the server/hosting of your site to get the data. You might need to check any caching plugin or your host to be sure that our plugin has the access to the product database proerly.
