Urgent! please help! WordPress homepage and wp-admin page turn to blank page

  • After changing and activating the theme, the whole website (including admin page and homepage )turn to blank page without any warning signals and codes. This is my video wordpress, https://yspinfo.org
    Can anyone help?Many thanks!

  • There’s probably an error somewhere in the new theme. Go to your FTP and find that theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. Rename the folder to something else, to cause WP to revert to the default theme. Let me know if that helps.

    how about if i try to remove all the themes from ftp (wp-content) ? would it be more effective? because i can’t remember which theme file was used before it died.
