Plugin has made all images disappear

Hi, I just installed your plug-in on a photography website I’m working on and now all of the images have disappeard. Each image is now replaced with a placeholder image because images do not load. This is in the admin and the site. I disabled and deleted your plug-in but the problem remains. I have tried switching to the default WP theme but that didn’t work either. I’ve tried disabling all plug-ins, no luck. Even if I upload a new image it doesn’t show up. How can I resolve this issue?
