Urgent – Shipping not charged since upgrade to 4.5.1

    Hello,

    Upgraded woocommrce core to 4.5.1, customers aren’t now being charged for shipping, no changes in settings and I added calculator back to basket page. When going to calculate it just returns to calculate link

    Abdolute disaster, need a quick fix?

    Sorry to hear about this issue.

    Can you let us know exactly how you have shipping setup so we can try to reproduce the issue? Are you using Core Shipping Options, or a shipping plugin? The more information you can give us on your setup so that we can try to reproduce, the better.

    Hi Zach,

    Thanks for the prompt reply, I believe its just the core shipping although shipstation is installed (not that I particularly use the service)

    Running litespeed cache plugin (all cleared)

    And checkout customizer (Checkout Manager for Woocommerce)

    My shipping zones are UK only. One local city zone and all UK zone. Each zone uses method ‘no shipping class” for products (lazy I know)

    Hi Zach,

    Thanks for your assistance, when writing I was inundated with orders and customer queries so I had little time to investigate this morning

    Checkout Manager for Woocommerce by quadlayer is the problem since upgrade to 4.5.0 / 4.5.1

    This is now resolved while it’s deactivated, I will let them know
