    Hey guys!

    I installed updraft to backup, I tested it and set scheduled auto-backups, everything was working fine but now (10 hours later) my site is not even loading. Everything seems fine from my server, and the last thing I did was installing updraft.

    Can you check on your end what could be going wrong? I’ll try to connect through ftp and disable the plugin, yet I would want to keep using it, so if you could help me figure out the issue it’ll be great!

    Hi,

    Yes, please try deactivating the plugin via FTP and see if the website works back again. I would also suggest asking your host/server admin to check on the PHP error log. It should contain the exact information as to why your site stopped working.

    Hi @bcrodua!

    Now this was a fast answer, thanks! Well I checked the last updraft log and it pointed to a memory issue, so I resized the disk on gcp and everything is fine now. Should’ve done that before writing you guys, but well, you know just in case.

    Anyways, after such fast response it seems you’re really into helping users so we’re totally going premium in the next weeks, glad we dumped Jetpack Backup service.

    Instalé UpDrfat Plus para Word Press, desde los plugings de WP Y No Funciona Nada. No puedo hacer el back up, no puedo activar ajustes, NADA. Help!!!! Gracias.

    Aclaro, por las dudas, ya lo instalé y lo desinstalé tres veces. Esta es la cuarta…..

    Can you provide us as many details as possible? Like what is the error message you are getting?

    Can you also ask your host/server admin to check the PHP error log? They should be able to find out the exact cause of the issue.

    Hello Bryle. I do not have any message. Just nothing happens. When I open the pluging UpDrafts I can see all buttons (i.e. Back up now) and also all the labels, such us Adjustments, settings, Restore, etc. but they don’t respond when I click on them.

    Ok. ‘ll contact with Hostgator to ask about the PHP error log.
