    I’m sorry but I am not sure I fully understand the exact issue at hand based on the screenshot that was shared.

    Are you having issues with the email itself (as per the screenshot shared), or is the issue specific to the product edit page?

    Would you mind sharing a screenshot that highlights exactly where the issue is so that we can better understand the issue at hand. Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots.

    Additionally, please can you share your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment. You can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status.

    Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.

    my problem is the toolbar overlay in product editing

    I tried checking the screenshot you shared on the first message, but I got a page not found error.

    Can you please share it again highlighting the issue so we can take a look?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Apologies, not trying to play dumb. It’s an honest request. To further learn about this issue, we need a visual representation of it, and the screenshot link you shared in your first message seems to have expired already (you can try it yourself: https://ibb.co/XVf1mnv; this lands in a 404 error).

    my problem is the overlapping toolbar when editing the product

    If you’d be so kind, could you please take another screenshot of the issue to better understand this? As I’m not having trouble when editing products, it’d be best to see what’s showing up on your end to get a better idea of the problem at hand, and maybe even try to replicate it so we’re better able to provide you with the proper support.
