(Urgent) unable to edit products after update HTTP 500 Error

I just downloaded the Update of Woocommerce to 3.1.2
Suddenly I’m unable to edit products -> HTTP Error 500
Also it’s half German / half English – but it needs to be GermanThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I just noticed that edit pages causes the same error. So I’m unable to edit products and pages as well after update
Now I downgraded woocommerce to 2.6.9 to make it work again
But I need the new version to get other plugins that require the latest version of woocommerce
