    I am unable to receive emails from the website. There was an error caught in the system regarding WordFence Firewall. How can I fix this?

    Hi @exdesign, thanks for getting in touch.

    Generally speaking, email issues may be something that needs addressing on the server but the sound of the issue you’ve described without seeing any precise error messages could be that this form is being blocked as a false-positive security risk.

    I would first try setting Wordfence to Learning Mode. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. You could then attempt to submit the previously blocked form. If everything starts to work as normal, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting to see if it continues to work afterwards.
