    URGENT: The new update 3.12.3 has broken my site. It has disabled “better messages” plugin. Can you please investigate and resolve the issue. Thanks, W

    Hi @theganwill,

    1. What do you mean exactly by it has disabled the “better messages” plugin? After updating Profile Builder to the latest version, did the Better Messages plugin has been automatically disabled from Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins?
    2. Would it be possible to give us more information regarding the issue you encounter (in order to reproduce this)?
    3. And just to be sure, by “better messages plugin” do you refer to the following plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bp-better-messages/?
