Urgent! Users unable to access profile page

    I’ve used ProfileGrid for a while now with no problems whatsoever. But now when users (new) register on my site and activate their accounts through email, they are unable to log in. The User Profile page only loads a blank page. Always.

    Applies to all users except Admin (this is because, as the admin, I use the default wordpress login page rather than the profilegrid login page). If I (admin) logs in through profilegrid login page, the profile page loads blank as well.

    Please this is important and prompt response will be very appreciated.

    Hello @ayking,

    We checked the issue by registering on your site and it seems like the issue is due to conflict with any other plugin with login feature on your site. While we did login after email verification on site, we got the email from site saying “Login Verification Required”, if we login and verify using the link shared in this email and, then check profile page , it works fine.

    Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.   

    In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll have to find which plugin is conflicting with ProfileGrid and keep it deactivated. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.

    Yes, it was a plugin. On deactivating my Wordfence security plugin, the profile page is now loading completely. Now this is a plugin I have to keep, so I’ll appreciate it if you have any suggestions as to what might cause the conflict (both plugins have coexisted on my site for a long time without problems) and possible workaround.

    Hello @ayking,

    As the 2FA login feature is restricting the users to login and they do not see the profile page. Once a user tries to login on site, he get the email and if he login from that link, it works fine.

    Please check this after deactivating 2FA authentication for frontend users. 

    Let us know if you still face any issues.
