URI Excludes does not work

    On our dev site (https://vipbottles.sites.k-hosting.co.uk/)

    Newsletter at the bottom of the page does not load if I combine external and inline JS files.

    I have excluded “static.klaviyo.com” from Cache -> Excludes -> Do Not Cache URIs
    I have excluded the above link from Page Optimization -> Tuning -> JS Excludes & URI Excludes.

    But none of it works. All .js scripts from “static.klaviyo.com” are still being cached & combined.

    I even have a list of full paths to the external .js files (https://imgur.com/222z08d)
    and that still does not work.

    Can I get some help please

    domain not accessible, please verify

    and also please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
