URI not being ignored by WP SuperCache

I am using WPJobBoard on a clients site, and for some reason when I add the appropriate URIs the page is not getting ignored from the cache. Is there a way to manually force the ignore? I’ve read a bit about the DONOTCACHE definition, but not sure if that is what I want.
I like being able to add URIs to the list, but it would be great to know of a way to hard code this on specific templates.
