URL add-review error 404

  • Hi there,

    when i click on Add Review button i get 404 page

    URL is

    …%USER%/reviews/add-review/

    Where is problem?

    Second question

    Im on for example ADAM member profil
    here and i looking on reviews tab

    ..ADAM/reviews/

    and im logged as ADMIN

    link on add review button is

    ..ADMIN/reviews/add-review/

    this is wrong, how is it possible? how to fix?

    my buddypress version is 12.0.0
    plugin version is 3.0.0
