  • Hi mic85b,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The plugin is grabbing the URL’s from your store using the get_permalink function: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/functions/get_permalink/

This returns the full link as it is on your website. This cannot be changed.

    All the best

Oh I am understand. So it means that this links are ok and just my theme can’t recognize variant parametres. Right?

The links are coming straight from the WP-core so they should be working yes. Have you tried opening them in your browser? When they return an error that indeed could be your theme causing this (or another plugin changing the URL’s).

Yes, I have tried. There are no any error but variant is not chosen. The problem is that product page shows price for all variants (for example 1000 – 2000) and not for this selected. It is why I would like to make it working.

Ok, than something (theme or plugin) is most likely effecting your URL’s.

Could you copy/paste the URL of the product feed you generated so we can have a look too?

Please also copy/paste the debug.log of our plugin, on this blog you can find how to retrieve that log: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Best
