URL and ID changes, old version showing up in search results

    Hi, great plugin but I think I might use it the wrong way or I need an explanation.
    When I create a revision, then accept it, here’s what happening :

    1. url changes (adding “-2” at the end)
    2. the post id changes also
    3. the “original” post is showing up in the search results (but if I click, I get an 404 error, as it tries to show me the previous post id (ex. : /?p=4832 instead of slug)). I’m using Relevanssi, so maybe it’s an index problem?
