URL being added to end of links

I’m using the latest version of the Google Analytics Dashboard and Google Analytics Top Posts Widget, but some of my links are being outputted with the site URL repeated at the end e.g. https://www.mysite.com/12/sample-post/www.mysite.com instead of https://www.mysite.com/12/sample-post/
How can I fix this?
