URL Broken…How to take steps back?

I don’t use FTP or anything like that…I do all my editing on the online dashboard that WordPress provides

So last week I was trying to change the URL to our site ( https://www.synergymedcorp.com/wp )….I was simply trying to take out the ( /wp ) part because I was trying to advertise certain pages with https://www.synergymedcorp.com/CertainPage …A few people sent me links to a way to do it…

I went under the dashboard and then the ‘General Panel’ and under ‘site address URL’ I took out the (/wp)… click save and so on……

My site got all weird and now I cant even log in…….. I usually log in at https://www.synergymedcorp.com/wp/wp-admin

How do I get it back to how it was before?… any Ideas?
