URL cant be updated

    Hello,

    We used domain vapemex.wayaweb.com/kenkomuri to create the test instance for our new website. Now we changed production instance to URL kenkomuri.com. We keep the username for CR website “kenkomuri” but says its in use. Could you help us to change the domain for kenkomuri user from vapemex.wayaweb.com/kenkomuri to kenkomuri.com please?

    The subdomain we used is appearing at https://www.cusrev.com/reviews/kenkomuri/about.

    Please try to activate “kenkomuri” name on your new domain again and check if it works.

    It doesnt work. It says is already on use. So we are using kenkomurivapeshop as new user :S

    I checked the system and the ‘kenkomuri’ URL is not taken by any store. So, it should work for you. If it doesn’t work, please provide a screenshot illustrating the error.
