url change product page

    Hello,

    my product page url change today. It used to be build like this :
    https://www.sitename.com/produit/productname
    and now it is like this :
    https://www.sitename.com/boutique/productname

    Also, in the site personalisation, I can’t find the “product page” section in appearance>personalization>woocommerce>product page.

    Does anyone has ever had this problem and could tell me how to fix it.
    The fact that my product pages are no longer categorized as a product but as a store now causes me problems with the page templates.

  • Hi @mxdp,

    For the URLs, it sounds like the permalink structure may have been changed. In your dashboard, go to Settings > Permalinks. Look down near the bottom for the “Product Permalinks” and select the default option. Then save your changes. See if that removes “boutique” from the URLs.

    The “Product Page” section in the customizer is dependent on the active theme. When I activate Storefront, that section appears, but it isn’t visible with the Twenty Nineteen theme for example.

    thanks for your answer, it was the permalinks and it work again !
