URL conversion fault ( httpXXX.siteurl.com )

Hi,

Thanks for developing such a great tool.

One issue I had with this plugin is that I became to see some image urls converted to a different format which results in the image is unable to load. It’s the two images used in every page by a rule defined in theme options.

This started when I updated the plugin.

Can you please suggest?
