I understand that a unique URL is created whenever a user submits feedback. And I thank you for removing those from the front-end search results. But I still wonder if these URLs are being indexed or at least crawled by search engines. I ask because I noticed that when I want to create an internal link in an article… those URLs come up as a choice to link to. Just in case, is there a way to tell Google to not crawl these URLs? Thanks!

These URLs are not public, so Google doesn’t find anything about them. But if you are unsure, you can remove all helpful-feedback posts from your sitemap. With Yoast and other SEO plugins you can set which things should and shouldn’t be in the sitemap.

I’ll take a look at that again!

This should all be going a little better now. I had registered the entries in the WordPress API. Maybe it was because of that? At least I don’t see anything anymore if I put the title into a URL.
