Hi there , Im using the plugin on a Mutlsite installation with no prlblem at all, from a while now. The Issue i have is, with Prefix to Bucket Path on the subsites, they appears with the actual route of the files of the sub site folder: “mi.bucket.com/site/2/xxxxxxxxxx.jpg”

O the main site its working fine and the general setting for the network are set to omit route, just the version is enabled. And files are generated right: “mi.bucket.com/xxxxxxxxxx.jpg”

So .. how can I tweek the plugin to respect the Network settings?

    Regards

    Hi @chawake ,

WP Offload Media Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query, we would be happy to assist!

At the moment, we don’t have a way to change this. The?sites/{ID}?segment is part of what we consider to be the?prefix?of the target path and can’t be changed.

I hope this isn’t too much of an inconvenience. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!

I have another query, since my intallation its multisite and BuddyBoss plugin is newtork enabled, the picture profiles, groups profiles, profile headers etc.. all users and groups related media are not being stored on the th bucket. They are being stored and served locacally.

This happens only when the BB plugin is network enabled, where all this images are the same for all subsites and are from the main site (1). If the the plugin its enabled per site basisi its working fine. But how can i manage to force the this uploads and /url transformation in this case of BB network enabled plugin?

    Kind regards

    Hi @chawake,

Could you please confirm if you are using the pro version of the plugin? If yes, please note that supporting paid plugins on the www.ads-software.com forum is not allowed. Instead, could you please create a ticket using our support forum via our plugin so we can look into it further?

Please also add a link to this thread so that we get the additional information from here.

All integrations including BuddyBoss Integration are part of the core WP Offload Media plugin and are available to all license holders.
