URL for tag group

when we organize certain tags into groups (ex. People) – is there a way to change the default tag URL slug into /group_name/tag_name (instead of default /tags/tag_name)?

This would allow entities of the same type/group to be located in meaningfull semantic structure that would work great for people & SEO (ex. /people/john-smith).
