URL generation to match Instagram's current format

Hi,
I realize this is low priority compared to the other URL issues, but as of v1.9.5 the plugin generates URLs like:
https://instagram.com/p/Gobbledygook
https://instagram.com/usernameInstagram will redirect, but to be clean and quicker than a redirect, the URL generation could be updated to match Instagram’s current URL format:
https://www.instagram.com/p/Gobbledygook/
https://www.instagram.com/username/Cheers,
