URL in popup-comments

Hi everybody,
In my popup-comments, I put this code so that the url of the person who commented my blog could appear : <?php comment_author_url_link(‘url’, ”, ”); ?> The problem is that new page is opened in the pop-up. How can I make them open in a normal page ? Just like the “target=”_blank” in html.
