URL in Qtranslate

Hi,
I have a question about this plug-in. Is it possible to get double pages in two different languages. For example https://www.domain.com/blog (English) and wwww.domain.com/fr/blog (French)?
Or get I at the second blog page a blog-2 url. By my translation plug-in (what I am now using) get I at the second page a blog-2.I hope you can help me with my question. Thanks in advance!
