URL is unreachable

I am using the facebook plugin for comments on my posts. Every time I publish a new post there is a warning that appears below the comments box that says the URL of the new post is unreachable. When I click the URL in the warning and am taken to the FB debugger there are no errors, and upon refreshing the post the warning is gone. How come this warning is appearing for every new post and how can I ensure that it will not appear? I have searched many forums and have not been able to resolve the issue.
