    Hi,

    it looks like another JavaScript prevents the execution of the Scroll to Anchor-JavaScript function.

    You could try to deactivate the Scroll to Anchor-Plugin and see, add a link <a name="testing">Anchor-Test</a> to your page and see what happens if you open https://example.com/yourpage.php#testing. The desired result would be, that the browser directly jumps to the position of this anchor, but I could imagine, this won’t work either due to the JavaScript of your theme.
