URL not working

I have problems with url links in my site. I use wordpress editor and elementor plugin in both ways I have the same problem.
HTML code for external link works, If I click I get transfer to another site.
But for pictures, buttons,.. is there integrated field to input url address. I insert the url into the field. But when I press the buttons I get transfer to my domain url+inserd url:

Like this: My domain is https://www.test.com I work on contact page and I insert url: https://www.contact.com into one button.

When I press the button on contact page I get transfer to: https://www.test.com/contact/www.contact.com

I hope you understand what is the problem.
