Url problem after swapping theme

    Hi,
    I just started fixing my blog and amongst other things i changed my theme. I dont know if thats what did it or not but since i started changeing things a huge amount of extra url:s has been popping up with “href=” at the end. Like this one: https://www.xn--brsnovis-n4a.se/obligationer/href=

    So all of a sudden I have heaps of 404’s that I dont know where they came from. Have anyone ever seen this before? What have I done and what can be done?
