url query parameters to override shortcode parameters

i would like to be able to switch sorting from title to date via the url query so i can use the same page containing the shortcode:
[display-posts post_type="shopitem" wrapper="div" wrapper_class="shopitems" image_size="thumbnail" include_content="true" category_display="true" orderby="date" order="DESC" posts_per_page="-1" ]
by simply linking to https://bostoncamerata.org/shop/full-discog/?orderby=title&order="ASC" as i have done with a shortcode i’ve written: https://letartliveon.com/the-artists/?lalo_sortby=latestArtist
