URL redirection and protected page problems

Dear all,
My blog is located in a subdirectory and I have placed an index.php and the .htaccess in the root directory to make my blog accessible.
https://www.ingeconsuntraining.comIt seems that it is working properly but i have quite a few problems with it:
1- Protected pages take you to the login page after typing the password(I have already tried to disable my plugins and enabling them one by one, but this is not working)
2- My URL shows you .info first and suddenly it goes to .com. This means that I have two different urls to access the same content (I do not want the .info to appear).
3- After editing one page, if I go and click the view page button, I can see the page, but if I carry on surfing my web, the URL remains constant.
4- When I try to go back from a page that I am viewing to dashboard or any other part of the blog management section, it gives me an error page.

I am using default permalinks and sometimes I include the mod_rewrite in the htaccess (this one I do not really think i need it if I use the default permalinks, however I am trying everything I can think of).

I am completely lost. I have tried so many things and nothing works. It might be due to my limited knowledge or maybe the problem that I am facing is a tricky one, but I really need to solve it.
