url shortcode not working since 4.2.3

Thanks for the info. After yesterday’s update, I suspected this plugin would get hit with compatibility issues.
I will try and find some time in the next few days to see what can reasonably be done to make sure this plugin plays nice with 4.2.3

Hi, shortcodes not working. WP 4.2.3
[miniloop number_posts=60 tags=547 categories=29]<li><div class="date">[ml_date]</div><div class="img"><a href="[ml_url]">[image from=thumb width=146 height=210 class="cover"]</a></div></li>[/miniloop]

[ml_url] gives link to the page, but not the post…

I’ve got the same result on my Homepage and tried to figure out the reason. I think the array value for [ml_url] is empty. Maybe the function get_permalink() doesn’t work properly? I’m sure Kailey knows way better than me! ??

On some of our sites, we were able to fix the WP 4.2.3 issues by changing:

<a href="[ml_url]">
to
<a href="{ml_url}">

I would welcome a fix Kailey (trepmal) if you can find the time. I am using the widget and trying to find where it no longer follows the new
shortcode API but I am struggling.
