  • Hi!

It looks that your site is Private: you should be able to fix it just modifying the privacy settings and making it Public and visible to everyone.

Here you can find all the steps at this link.

Let us know if you could solve it! ??

    Hello Isotta,

Thank you for your quick answer. Sadly this didnt help: when i go to settings – general,
i cant see the privacy settings, even if i scroll down. is it different because our wordpress is in german?

I cant find the privacy settings anywhere else..

    Thank you !

    Hello!

It shouldn’t be different from one language to another, I think that it’s about roles and capabilities. Here there is a guide that explains all the roles available on WordPress and what each user can or can’t do/see depending on their role. Please try to have a look at this because maybe your role doesn’t allow you to see this setting and you need to be Super Admin instead.

I hope this helps, let us know how it goes!

Or is it maybe a problem that we are using the UNCODE theme?

    Hi again!

After looking into your website HTML it shows that it uses the following plugin to manage who can visit the site based on their age: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/age-gate/

It seems that when the plugin have been activated, the following URL has been put into the form provided by the plugin: https://www.fusel.tv/wp-admin/admin-post.php

That’s why people need to log in, because that URL points to wp-admin (and you need to be logged in to enter it).

In this plugin forum, I found this thread that might help you. If it doesn’t help you fix it, you can create a new topic to speak directly with the creator of the plugin by using this link.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to provide you with a solution, but I hope this will bring you some new useful insights. If you can fix it, please let us know what the solution was, if you want ??
