    Hello,

we have a question. Is it possible to change the url structure (the permalinks) like the of the wordpress blogs.

    For example:
    From: thewildfires/event/heimathafen-neukoelln/
    To: thewildfires/event/2014/11/heimathafen-neukoelln/
We have more than one gig in “heimathafen-neukoelln” so we like to chance the url to this schema (like the wordpress blog).

    Greetings

    Norman

    Hi Norman,

You can change the events slug (i.e. the word ‘events’ in your example above) and you can change which kind of pretty permalinks you are using (in the WordPress Settings). However, without some serious customization, you can’t dictate the exact structure of the permalinks for your calendar. Does that answer your question?

    Hello Leah,

sorry no – this is not a solution for our problem.

To change the slug “events” is easy but not necessary. Our wordpress settings are “../2014/11/heimathafen-neukoelln/” for example in our blog, but the events have this format what i show “../event/heimathafen-neukoelln/” and this is what we like to change.

    greetings norman

    Hi offensichtlich,

I’m sorry, but there is not a built in way to change the events urls beyond using different permalink options. Customizing the urls is not recommended, so it’s not really something we can help you with. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Best,
    Leah
