URL suffix causing ugly links

Hi! Love the plugin!

I recently noticed an ugly suffix appended to my site urls like this:

https://mysite.org/nasty-nitrates/#.WJIvQfIZk50

After deactivating are reactivating all plugins, I traced it to yours.

I don’t remember seeing this before, and I recently changed my site to ssl. Could this be the cause or is this how your plugin is supposed to work?

I’ve deactivated the plugin waiting for your answer.
