• I’d like to use a URL to let users view a single Photonic/Flickr ALBUM on my web site and not redirect them to Flickr.

If I open an album on my web site, I see a URL, which includes my domain name, but I can’t copy/paste this URL into a browser to have it launch on its own.

If you visit https://www.grayphoto.us/football/ and then click a specific album, this is what I want to have a URL for. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but on your site I am not seeing any redirection happening. Where are you seeing your users being taken to Flickr? When I click on an album, it opens up a lightbox and all photos in the album start showing up in that lightbox, without leaving your site.

Also note Photonic is not intended to create pages on the fly for each album – that has never been the scope for the plugin. If you are looking to see all photos first before launching a lightbox, you can still do that without creating a separate page, via the “Overlaid popup panel” option (Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Overlaid Popup Panel → Enable Interim Popup for Album Thumbnails).

@sayontan – You’re correct- the albums are showing fine on my site. What I’m trying to do is reference an album on my site’s URL so I can share it (i.e., Facebook post) and users would be able to click the URL to open that specific album on my site (and not have to view it on Flickr).

This is not available at an album level.

There is deeplinking available, but that is only for photos displayed directly on your page, not for albums, or photos nested within albums. E.g. try clicking here. The link points to a photo from Google Photos, but when you open the link, it will show up on the demo site, not on Google Photos. This will not work on your site because your photos are not directly on your page, rather they are nested within albums on your page.

When I was building out the functionality I had tried doing deeplinking for albums, however there was a problem with clicks triggering multiple times when I tried doing it. I never got around to troubleshooting this after that. That feature would have helped you with what you are looking for.
