URL to routing service seems outdated

The OSM plug-in may provide a marker to a location on the map. In that marker bubble, we can activate a link to calculate a route to that specific location. Clicking the link, a new browser window/tab will open and show the web site of a routing service. Multiple routing services are available and can be configured in the shortcode.

However, the routing service(s) have changed their URLs. So clicking the link in the marker opens an invalid web address right now. Can we get that URL fixed in the plug-in somehow, so that the user is redirected to the correct map routing service again?

I tried all available routing services, they all seem to redirect to the same (invalid) address.
