Url values (hashed)

Hi,
having problem with hashed parameters:when using url param:pulseem.co/?utm_source=testsource&
utm_medium=testmedium&utm_campaign=testname&utm_content=testcontent3[hidden utm_source default:get] and others work correctly.
but when using Hased param: pulseem.co/#utm_source=testsourcehashed
no parameters work.what am i missing?
p.s why not just use ? instead of #
because people love to use this tool: ga-dev-tools.appspot.com/campaign-url-builder/
and default is hashed.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Uncheck this checkbox and use URL params (this is the recommended option):
