    If you want to have something similar to the option you have, then it is possible to achieve with thumbnail view. When uploading new images please make sure to make larger thumbnail image in Upload pop-up, which is default to 300×300. Then you can go to Options>Thumbnail Options>Thumbnail click action>Redirect to URL. Then with each image you can fill in the URL in the box below the title. Thank you.
